The market is changing
The market is definitely changing for the better. I can feel it . I have been showing property in mass. I showed 5 groups on Saturday and 4 groups on Sunday. I ended up writing 3 offers. I have been outbid on numerous occasions. It is true that the market still has issues to work through but I expect the banks to loosen up requirements and prioritize purchases over refinances. 2011 is going tone a very good year
