The choice of inspectors is crucial. inspectors are expected to be completely honest and impartial. Unfortunately some inspectors act sighting own interest in mind. Roof inspectors re in a position to greatly influence whether the transaction is completed.Recently I have been forced to counter the exaggerated inspections of one roofing co in particular. When reading a report it is important that you question an inspector as to the relevance of the suggested repairs. Are they online with past and present building codes? Does the inspector Nd o their company stand to profit if you follow their suggestions. Most inspectors are honest and sincere but there are a few dishonest ones out there.
