I am regularly confronted with severe financial problems .. I am listing a home for a client who lost his job. He purchased the home this summer with 10% down. He is having trouble finding a job. I have helped him secure a job in India. He is married with 2 young boys. He just received an offer that is close to what he paid. Unfortunately after commissions he stands to lose about 30k. His savings are low and he needs to survive for 3 more months before the job starts. As much as hate to do it I reduced my commission to .25%. I know that I work for a living but my year has been Ok. I guess that is the least that I can do for repaying his faith in me. Being nice sucks
