Perception
We are battered with negative reports about the economy. My gym has CNN on one television and Fox news on the other . They take turns spinning economic news to suit their political slant. If things are so bad ,Why am I being outbid or a regular basis. I have written numerous offers for one couple. The properties that they are interested in are located in the Irvington area of Fremont. We are 0 for 4 in offering. I am writing strong offers. They have 30% down and are normally over asking. Recently I submitted an offer on their behalf that is 30k over asking. I am waiting for the response of the seller's agent. BUYERS MARKET?
